Terms of service

AIM (Affordable Intelligent Marketing, Elevate Group LLC) is a marketing agency for home-service franchise businesses. AIM runs its own software to answer those businesses' messages and comments, manage their local advertising and report results, on their behalf and under a written agreement with each business.

You may use this site to learn about AIM and to contact us. Don't try to break, overload or get around its security, scrape it in bulk, or send anything unlawful, misleading or harmful through its forms.

AIM's tools are for AIM's team and the businesses AIM serves. Access is by invitation, and each person sees only the businesses they are assigned to.

Anyone signed in agrees to use the tools only for that business's customer conversations and marketing, to keep their sign-in to themselves, and to follow the rules of Facebook, Instagram and any other platform the tools connect to.

A person reviews every reply before it is sent. AIM never sends promotional or unsolicited messages to people who haven't contacted the business.

How AIM collects, uses, keeps and deletes information, including Facebook and Instagram messages and comments, is in the privacy policy.

This site and AIM's tools are provided as is. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any campaign will produce a particular result.

To the extent the law allows, AIM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or the tools. What AIM owes a client business is set by that business's agreement with AIM.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
