Who we are

AIM (Affordable Intelligent Marketing, Elevate Group LLC) answers messages and runs local advertising for home-service businesses. When you message one of those businesses, AIM may help them reply.

What we collect

Messages you send to a business's Facebook Page or Instagram account that AIM manages, with your name as shown on Facebook and the time of each message.

Anything you choose to share in those messages, such as a phone number, ZIP code or project details.

What you send through the contact form on this site (name, business, email or phone, ZIP, the service you're asking about and your message).

What you enter in the free page grade (name, email, the page link and your answers).

Ad performance numbers from the business's ad accounts (spend, reach, conversations started). These are totals, not information about you.

How we use it

Only to answer your inquiry, help the business book your appointment, and measure which ads bring in real inquiries.

A person reviews every reply before it is sent.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the business you contacted and the service providers below that run AIM for us.

Who helps us run it

Vercel hosts this site and AIM's tools. Supabase stores the database. Messages reach us through Meta's Messenger and Instagram platform.

When AI-drafted replies are switched on, the message text is sent to Anthropic to write a draft. A person still reviews every reply before it is sent.

How long we keep it

For as long as the business is an AIM client and needs the conversation history to serve you, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Delete your data

Email emily@affordableintelligentmarketing.com with the subject “Delete my data” and the name you use on Facebook or Instagram (and the business you messaged, if you know it).

We delete your messages and contact details from AIM within 30 days and reply to confirm. This does not delete messages from Facebook or Instagram themselves; you can remove those in your Messenger or Instagram settings.
