Changes to Services
1. All changes need to be in writing – this page and the linked forms below guide you through the process.
2. Changes will become effective in the next billing cycle. Exceptions require prior authorization.
3. Aside from Direct Ad spend, all charges have been committed for the current month and are
nonrefundable.
4. If you want to pause services, please use the Cancel or Pause Services form below. Pausing for longer than 3 months will incur a 50% startup fee. Pausing for longer than 6 months will incur a 100% start-up fee
Things to consider BEFORE making changes
First – Your most recent invoice/sales receipt has your current listing of services. You will be able to see the service(s), a short description, and the associated price. If you have questions email us HERE
