Affordable Intelligent Marketing (AIM) started when our founder, Andy, was running his small businesses and started the marketing. He wasn’t thrilled with the options he had and since his career was in IT, he started making tools and processes that REALLY worked. He is a serial entrepreneur with lots of experience growing businesses.
As he did the marketing for his businesses, others asked him to help them, and it grew from there. Fast forward and the business has grown A LOT. Now, the team focuses on getting appointments for home services growing their Kitchen Tune-Up franchise clientele, AND expanding to other non-competing home services businesses.
Andy lives in central Wisconsin. He is married (Alesha) with four children. He loves small businesses and has a driving passion for helping them succeed.
Sydney grew up near Madison, WI, and moved to Stevens Point in 2017. She started out working for Andy at his Kitchen Tune-Up location in Wisconsin in 2020, where she worked in wood restoration. Shortly after, she took on the role of lead management as well, which eventually led to her role at AIM in the Fall of 2023 working with the MessagePLUS team. In her free time, she loves to do arts and crafts, especially making stained glass art and painting. She also loves to travel, play with her cats, watch documentaries, and spend time with her friends.
Lindsey graduated from Utah State University in December 2022 with a degree in marketing. Her marketing journey started with affiliate marketing and advertising, and she is excited to expand her marketing knowledge and experience as a Marketing Analyst for AIM. She will be working from Logan, Utah. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys going to the gym, cooking, listening to music and podcasts, and reading.
