Additional work to round out full time until the financial role is full time will be in project coordination, tracking, and organization.Primary for QuickBooks, Finances, and Accounting liaison

• Customer Invoices and Statements (creation, management, notes to charges, etc.)
• CPA and Booking Liaison for reconciliation of charges
• Payments tracking
• Financial Projections
• Profitability reports (quarterly)
• KPIs creation, tracking, and reporting
• Profitability recommendations
• Expense Tracking
• Accounts Receivable
• Client follow up on late payments/methods
• Manage payment methods
• Client credit management

Affiliate and Rebate Tracking

Pricing and Payment calculations

Sales support specific to finances

• Pricing adjustments
• Setting up new clients
• Prorated invoice calculations and creation

OTHER

• Research industry-specific financial developments including broad economic trends and business trends
• Analyze financial statements to evaluate investment opportunities
• Create financial modeling for profitability and expense management
• Translate financial data into detailed presentations and easy-to-understand financial reports
• Communicate with company leaders to understand company needs
• Stay up to date with new technologies and market conditions
